the room lacked expected amenities it was bad there was no coffee maker and no refrigerator also there was no cleaning service during my four-day stay this meant i had to request fresh towels and toiletries myself a diminished quality was evident

The location was perfect, right in the city center. public transportation was easily accessible. The tram hub was just across the street. i enjoyed the walks to various restaurants.

i found no coffee or tea maker in the room. this was disappointing, as i expect those in a hotel.
